First evidence pilot in preparation in Cameroon - co-design partners welcome.Open pilot

Partnership pathways

Two distinct routes: an evidence pilot first, then government scale-up only after learning. Less-than-100-days timelines refer to mobilisation and installation logistics - not proven health outcomes.

Choose the right route

Do not confuse a 50-station national narrative with a first proof-of-concept.

Deployments in preparation

Route A - Evidence pilot

Small, rigorous, safe and measurable. The default entry for health and research partners.

  • About 5-20 units initially (or the powered sample once calculated)
  • Site assessment and community co-design
  • Baseline measurements and ethics pathway
  • Safety and safeguarding procedures
  • Controlled deployment and training
  • Independent or academically supported evaluation over 12-24 months

Route B - Government scale-up

Triggered after pilot evidence - not before. Includes procurement, technician certification and maintenance systems.

  • 50+ stations only after evidence gates
  • Customs and procurement framework
  • Technician certification
  • National or regional maintenance system
  • Monitoring dashboard
  • Government co-financing discussions

The 100-day pathway describes mobilisation and install logistics for prepared government programmes - it does not claim health outcomes in 100 days.

Indicative mobilisation timeline (Route B logistics)

Shown for transparency. Route A uses a slower evidence cadence.

  1. J1

Government signs the Letter of Intent (LOI)

  2. J20

Framework agreement signed + site selection

  3. J45

    First industrial kits arrive

  4. J70

    Local teams trained and certified

  5. J90

    First 50 stations operational

Health outcome evaluation is multi-month to multi-year and is not compressed into the installation calendar.
